About the role

This role involves managing customer interactions and service delivery across multiple online channels, processing orders and documentation, handling customer complaints and issues, maintaining online channel presence, and compiling sales reports.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, close sales, and support customers across multiple channels (LINE OA, Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada)
• Record purchase orders, create invoices/receipts, verify payment transfers, and forward order information to the packing and shipping department
• Handle product claims, refunds, and track parcels according to customer complaints
• Post content according to schedule, pin promotions, and maintain order in comments sections across online channels
• Compile sales statistics, frequently asked questions (FAQ), and customer feedback to forward to the marketing department
