About the role

FlashGreen is a Hong Kong–based social enterprise dedicated to bringing back high-quality products that are close to their best-before date, allowing customers to enjoy great value while reducing waste and protecting our planet's resources. As we continue expanding our store network, we are looking for a responsible, detail-minded and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatching and inventory handling.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check and count incoming goods to ensure stock and records are accurate
• Pick, pack and prepare goods according to store orders
• Assist with stock classification, shelving and warehouse organization
• Handle daily stock movement, stock transfers and returns
• Support regular and ad-hoc stocktaking to maintain inventory accuracy
• Coordinate with stores and logistics to support replenishment and timely dispatch
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and proper stock arrangement
• Handle general stock movement and warehouse duties
• Coordinate with stores, logistics, procurement and other teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors

About you

• Secondary school education or above
• Warehouse, logistics, picking, packing, retail back-end or related experience is preferred
• Candidates without relevant experience are also welcome; on-the-job training will be provided
• Responsible, punctual, detail-oriented and well-organized
• Hands-on and able to perform general physical and stock-handling duties
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good Cantonese; Mandarin / English is a plus
• Able to accommodate operational and warehouse work arrangements
• Experience in retail warehouse operations, chain-store replenishment, inventory handling or order fulfilment is highly preferred
