Job Description 存款商品或數位存款規劃與管理，確保符合市場需求與銀行發展策略。 存款或數位存款行銷活動推展與專案執行。 利率訂價與跨產品/客群/不同公司提案與合作 提出系統或服務優化建議及平台測試，以提升客戶體驗。 蒐集並掌握市場資訊，以調整商品策略及目標。 客戶抱怨處理與行政事務/報表產出
資格條件
具2-5年銀行商品規劃、行銷或數位金融相關經驗者。 具數據分析能力與創新思維，持續優化客戶旅程及獲客。 具溝通與問題解決能力、主動積極、善於跨單位與前線同仁協調整合。
樂於挑戰新事物，能隨組織快速發展，正面提出可行方案。
