香港錢大媽生鮮食品連鎖有限公司是廣州市錢大媽農產品有限公司旗下連鎖品牌，專營新鮮食材市場，滿足消費者對食材產品的新鮮需求為核心，以「不賣隔夜肉」為經營理念。目前公司經營的品類有肉類、蔬菜、水果、水產、綜合(如雞蛋，粉麵)等五大類別逾500種優質食品，滿足家庭三餐食材需求。在經營管理上，顛覆了傳統農產品流通與銷售模式，店面每天19：00開始打折，每隔半個小時再打低一折，直至免費派送。錢大媽所有門店經營的所有產品均要求當天銷售完畢，決不隔夜銷售，顧客買得放心，吃得安心！

Key responsibilities

Source and procure fresh produce from local and regional suppliers, ensuring consistent quality and competitive pricing

Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms that optimise value for the company

Monitor market trends and seasonal availability of fresh produce to inform purchasing decisions

Conduct regular quality inspections of incoming produce to ensure compliance with company standards

Manage inventory levels and forecast demand across all chain store locations on Hong Kong Island

Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of stock

Analyse procurement data and costs to identify opportunities for savings and operational improvements

Liaise with store managers and operations teams to understand product requirements and customer demands

Maintain detailed records of supplier performance, pricing, and product specifications

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards throughout the procurement process

What we're looking for

Proven experience in fresh produce procurement or purchasing within a retail or food distribution environment

Strong knowledge of fresh produce, including seasonal variations, quality grading, and storage requirements

Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and manage supplier relationships

Proficiency in procurement systems and data analysis tools

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and orders simultaneously

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in Hong Kong

Strong communication skills in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin is advantageous)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred

Certification in supply chain management or procurement is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
