该职位来源于猎聘 Role Summary: We are looking for a Station DRI (Direct Responsible Individual) equipped with strong Software and Algorithm skills. You will own the bring-up, qualification, and deployment of display metrology and test systems during the NPI stage. Leveraging your SW/Algo background and AI tools, you will implement image processing solutions, optimize test methodologies, and drive issue resolution on the factory floor. Key Responsibilities:

• Station Bring-up & Deployment: Lead display test station bring-up, qualification and SW/algo validation. Create documents for Operation teams and operators, and deploy the developed systems, software and algorithms in factories during the NPI stage
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Apple DRI/Algo team, CM DRIs, and OpsTE to execute tasks throughout the project build stages, ensuring deliverables meet dry run, build, and post-build objectives
• Failure Analysis: Conduct HW/SW/Algo issue FA from the build data collected
• Algorithm Integration: Develop, optimize, and deploy image processing algorithms (e.g., image calibration, optical defect detection) for display modules
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large amounts of NPI data, create build reports, and optimize test coverage, sequence, and methodology Key Qualifications:
• Academic Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, or related fields
• Programming Skills: High proficiency in MATLAB is required. Experience with Python, C++, or other programming languages is highly preferred for scripting and system integration
• Algorithm Expertise: Strong background in Computer Vision and Image Processing algorithms. Hands-on experience with image processing/correction, and optical defect/anomaly detection
• AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using AI in daily workflows, such as AI-assisted programming, AI-driven data processing, or training/deploying Machine Learning models for vision tasks
• Data Tools: Experience processing large datasets using tools like MATLAB or JMP.
• Soft Skills: Good spoken and written English skills (Mid or High level). Ability to work well in a collaborative, highly cross-functional, and fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing/Test Experience: Experience working in industrial metrology, test systems, and factory station deployment is preferred Travel Frequency: Up to 40% (Domestic factories and Vietnam factories)
