• Build up in-depth understanding of China oncology market landscape, unmet medical needs, competitor landscape to identify and prioritize global TA portfolio development opportunities in China
• Be responsible for the validation of new product opportunities with solid business case including market and product evaluation, registration, clinical development & market access strategy to support decision making
• Launch readiness preparation to ensure smooth transition to marketing launch team and a successful launch
• Ensure the alignment of global and China development program to address China-specific commercial needs for new assets
• Engage external stakeholders to deeply understand China market environment and seek opportunity to accelerate product launch eek opportunity to accelerate product launch 资历要求：
• University degree, medicine preferred 2. 3-5 years of pharmaceutical industry experiences Onc preferred
• English fluent for both speaking and writing
• Previous experience of portfolio management
