• 负责酒店客房楼层日常运营管理，包括客房清洁质量监督、布草及物资管理、员工排班与现场督导； 2. 统筹处理宾客入住、退房及在店期间的服务需求，及时响应并协调解决各类客诉与突发情况； 3. 执行酒店服务标准与安全规范，定期开展楼层员工培训与服务质量检查，确保服务一致性与宾客满意度达标； 4. 协同前厅、餐饮、工程等部门完成跨部门协作任务，保障运营流程顺畅高效； 5. 按要求完成每日运营报表、库存盘点及交接记录，确保信息准确、可追溯。
• 学历不限； 2. 具备3年以上四星级及以上酒店客房部主管或同等岗位工作经验，熟悉国际品牌酒店（如洲际、万豪、希尔顿等）运营标准者优先； 3. 熟练掌握客房运营全流程管理，具备较强的现场管理能力、问题解决能力及团队带教经验； 4. 具备良好的中英文沟通表达能力，能熟练使用Office办公软件及酒店PMS系统（如Opera）； 5. 责任心强，服务意识突出，具备抗压能力与跨部门协作意识。
