• Business – oriented and Strategic Insight "Guide End – to -End supply chain strategy"
• Analytic Model for Key Indicators:
• Figure out pain points for E2E inventory management, including availability/ efficiency etc.
• Build whole framework of indicators which help locate the problems in quantitative ways.
• Strategy Optimization:
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current replenishment strategies and provide insights on optimization
• End-to-End Inventory Management "Impact millions of products of Hyper and Sams"
• Inventory Visibility:
• Define key indicators of inventory location/ healthy/ accuracy cross functions.
• Build data foundation.
• Inventory Managements Optimization:
• Optimize inventory management SOP for related functions from the perspective of BI
• Intelligence Infrastructure "Build Walmart's brain of data/intelligence transformation"
• Key Metrics System Construction:
• Build full picture of inventory from End-to-End view
• Translate business language into tech/data codes and align metrics definition cross functions.
• Design visualization dashboard:
• Build dashboard in scientific and esthetic way under the support of tech team.
• AI
• Use AI tools to expand analytical boundaries. Qualifications
• Experience:
• 3+ years in BI/Data Science, supply chain/ retail replenishment background preferred
• Proven ability to build indicator systems for new business from 0 to 1
• Passion for solving problems with cross teams and have willingness to lead the discussion
• Ownership is a must and perseverance is quite preferred
• Technical Skills:
• Expert in Python, SQL, and Tableau/Power BI
• Knowledge in Gen AI products, data product, and algorithm is a plus but not a must
