職責
- 對銀行的業務及營運進行定期及專案檢查，從監理合規角度取得合理保證，確認關鍵控制措施落實到位，且銀行遵守了相關法律、法規、業務守則及內部標準
- 跟進合規審查發現問題的整改進度
- 從監理合規角度，就業務及營運部門的政策與流程提供意見
- 就合規相關事宜提供建議
- 協助進行合規相關培訓
- 編製呈批給管理層及總行的報告
- 協助處理部門事務並提供行政支持
- 處理臨時交辦的任務 職位要求
- 持有會計、銀行、金融、法律或相關專業的學士或以上學位
- 熟悉《銀行營運守則》、《銀行業條例》、《證券及期貨條例》、香港金融管理局及保險業監理局的指引/通函、存款保障計畫及其他監理要求
- 工作細緻，具備良好的組織、人際溝通、團隊協作能力
- 中英文書寫及口語能力俱佳（能流利使用國語者優先）
- 持有 ECF_Compliance資格認證者優先
