About the role

FlashGreen is a Hong Kong social enterprise dedicated to restocking quality products nearing their best-before date at more affordable prices, reducing waste and protecting earth resources. We are seeking an proactive, detail-oriented, hands-on front-line partner to assist with daily store operations and provide customers with a good shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily customer service, proactively assist customers and introduce in-store products and promotions
• Handle cashier duties, process payments and general in-store transactions
• Stock shelves, replenish inventory, organise and display products, ensuring shelves are tidy and price tags are accurate
• Assist with receiving goods, stock counting, inventory organisation and regular stock takes
• Follow up on in-store promotional activities, price tags and promotional materials placement, ensuring accurate execution
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, shelves and work areas
• Handle customer enquiries and daily store operations
• Work with store manager and team to complete daily store operations
• Assist with other store-related work as needed based on operational requirements

About you

• Secondary school graduation or above
• Retail, supermarket, convenience store, food and beverage or customer service experience preferred
• No relevant work experience welcome; on-the-job training provided
• Proactive, responsible, punctual and with good service attitude
• Willing to work hands-on and able to adapt to the pace of front-line retail work
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Good Cantonese communication ability; Mandarin or English proficiency a plus
• Able to work shift patterns and weekends/public holidays
• Experience in cashier duties, stock replenishment, product display or retail store operations preferred
