פיקוח על עמידה ביעדים ובתקנים. פתרון בעיות תפעוליות וטכניות מורכבות בצוות קטן ומקצועי. קשר עם לקוחות: עבודה מול ספקים ולקוחות, קידום פרויקטים וסגירת וכן תמיכה טכנית עמידה בתנאי רגולציה ותקנים תפעוליים מיומנויות נדרשות ניהול והובלת צוותים: יכולת להניע צוותים קטנים ובוטיקים תוך חיבור מקצועי אישי. ידע טכני מעמיק: יכולת להבין ולתמוך בצוות הייצור תפעול ותכנון: שימוש בכלים לניהול ייצור כמו ERP, תכנון משאבים ולוגיסטיקה.

תקשורת ופתרון בעיות: חיבור בין צוותים, לקוחות וספקים. ניסיון 3-5 שנים
