前台接待-成都金融城英迪格酒店

• 负责酒店前台日常接待工作，包括宾客入住登记、退房办理、问询解答及行李协助等服务； 2. 准确录入并维护PMS系统中的宾客信息、预订记录及账务数据，确保信息完整、及时、准确； 3. 协调处理客房状态、订单变更、特殊需求及突发客诉，及时联动客房部、餐饮部等相关部门提供支持； 4. 管理前台物资（如房卡、发票、宣传资料等），保持前台区域整洁有序，展现酒店专业形象； 5. 按要求完成每日营收报表、交接班记录及上级交办的其他运营支持类工作。
• 大专及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理、会展经济与管理、商务英语等相关专业优先； 2. 具备1年以上四星级及以上酒店或国际品牌酒店前台接待工作经验，熟悉酒店运营流程及服务标准； 3. 普通话标准流利，具备基础英语听说能力，能熟练应对外籍宾客日常沟通； 4. 熟练操作Office办公软件及主流酒店管理系统（如Opera、Fidelio等），具备较强的数据录入与信息管理能力； 5. 形象气质良好，服务意识强，具备良好的沟通协调能力、应变能力及团队协作精神； 6. 能适应轮班制工作安排，包括周末、节假日及夜班。
