About the role

FlashGreen is seeking a Store Manager / Store Operations Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for store sales performance and operational excellence, driving improvements in merchandising, restocking pace, promotional execution, service experience and operational efficiency. The role involves supporting daily store operations, monitoring sales and inventory, implementing store SOPs and training, overseeing promotional activities, and coordinating with warehouse, logistics, procurement, customer service and IT departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for store sales and operational performance, driving performance improvements through improved merchandising, restocking pace, promotional execution, service experience and operational efficiency
• Support daily store operations including merchandising, restocking, price tags, cashier processes, inventory counts, store cleanliness and service standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Monitor sales and inventory status, propose or assist in implementing improvement solutions to reduce stockouts and losses, and improve inventory turnover
• Assist in implementing store SOPs, audits and training arrangements to improve consistency across stores and team capabilities
• Follow up on promotional activity execution including merchandising, price tags and promotional materials, and provide execution checks, reporting and improvement suggestions
• Handle daily store administration and contingencies, and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, customer service and IT departments to ensure smooth operations

About you

• Secondary school graduation / diploma or above
• Retail or store-related experience preferred
• Performance-oriented with practical methods and ideas for increasing sales, improving store execution and customer experience
• Careful and responsible, willing to get hands-on and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communication and teamwork skills, able to adapt to on-site pace and execution requirements
• Good Cantonese communication ability; Mandarin/English proficiency a plus
• Able to work rotating shifts and weekends/public holidays as required by store needs; some work may require external store visits
• Experience in new store setup / opening processes is a priority consideration
