About the role

FlashGreen is a Hong Kong green retail brand focused on restocking quality products nearing their best-before date, offering customers quality living in a more affordable and environmentally friendly way while reducing waste and protecting earth resources. We are seeking a Marketing Executive passionate about brand promotion, digital marketing, and customer relationship management to drive the development of green retail and sustainable consumption.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute brand promotion activities (including online and offline)
• Manage and operate company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Little Red Book, WhatsApp Channel, etc.)
• Write and design brand content, including social media posts, advertising copy and email promotions
• Assist with ad placement (Meta Ads / Google Ads) and analyse performance reports
• Coordinate brand collaborations and cross-industry partnership activities to drive market exposure and traffic conversion
• Support member marketing and customer relationship maintenance (CRM / member activities / consumer communication)
• Work closely with design, operations and procurement teams to ensure brand image and promotion consistency

About you

• Tertiary education or above, majoring in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications or related subjects
• Recent graduates or those with 1–3 years of marketing or digital marketing experience welcome
• Familiar with social media platform operations, with content creation or ad placement experience preferred
• Creative thinking and strong written communication skills (Chinese and English)
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite is advantageous
• Proactive, good organisational ability and communication skills
