採購主任／採購專員／採購助理

About the role

FlashGreen is a Hong Kong social enterprise dedicated to putting quality products nearing their best-before dates back on shelves, allowing consumers to enjoy quality living at better prices while reducing waste and protecting earth resources. We are seeking procurement professionals passionate about procurement and sustainable retail to build a smarter and more meaningful retail model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product procurement plans, responsible for product selection, price negotiation, order placement and delivery schedule control
• Develop and maintain local and overseas supplier networks, explore new sources and brand collaborations
• Analyse cost, gross margin, sales and inventory turnover data to support procurement decisions
• Follow up on procurement orders, shipments and documentation to ensure smooth processes
• Collect market pricing, promotional activity and competitor information
• Assist in preparing procurement reports and supplier performance evaluations
• Participate in international trade shows and procurement negotiations

About you

• Tertiary or above education, majoring in business, supply chain, international trade or related subjects
• 1–5 years of procurement or supply chain management experience welcome; fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) experience preferred
• Strong negotiation skills, analytical ability and market sensitivity
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheet for reporting and data analysis
• Good Chinese and English communication ability
• International procurement experience or brand resources preferred
