该职位来源于猎聘 【岗位职责】 1. 负责磷化铟 InP 基 EML、DFB 激光器芯片光刻工艺开发及量产维护 2. 负责光栅、波导、台面、电极等关键图形光刻工艺调试优化 3. 管控光刻 CD 线宽、套刻精度 Overlay、图形质量及缺陷异常 4. 处理光刻工艺不良问题，提升产品良率与工艺稳定性 5. 协同刻蚀、外延、器件设计等部门解决跨工艺技术问题 6. 编写维护光刻 SOP、工艺文件及实验报告 7. 带教产线技术员 8. 其它领导安排的工作 【任职要求】 1. 本科及以上，微电子、光电子、半导体相关专业 2. 有磷化铟光芯片光刻产线经验优先，熟悉步进光刻 / LDI 激光直写 3. 熟悉涂胶显影、套刻、线宽管控等光刻全流程工艺 4. 有化合物半导体 FAB 工厂工作经验优先
