该职位来源于猎聘 工作内容: Job Responsibilities 1. 深度调研工业市场、终端客户及项目现场需求，收集竞品信息，拆解、汇总需求并按业务场景划分优先级，输出标准化需求分析报告。 Conduct in-depth research on demands of industrial market, end customers and project sites, collect competitor information, decompose and summarize demands, sort priorities based on business scenarios, and deliver standardized demand analysis reports. 2. 负责工控电仪产品功能架构、业务流程、落地应用方案设计；独立输出产品需求文档、原型图、技术方案全套设计资料，保障方案适配现场项目落地。 Take charge of designing functional architecture, business processes and practical application schemes of industrial electrical & instrumentation control products; independently deliver complete design documents including PRD, prototypes and technical solutions to ensure schemes fit on-site project implementation. 3. 结合产品运营数据、客户反馈与行业市场趋势，制定产品中长期发展规划及短期版本迭代计划，明确各版本功能范围、开发周期与发布节奏，持续推进产品升级。 Formulate medium & long-term product roadmaps and short-term iteration plans based on product operation data, customer feedback and industrial market trends, clarify functional scope, development cycle and release schedule of each version, and drive continuous product upgrading. 4. 对接研发、测试团队同步产品需求与设计方案，全程跟进开发、测试进度；协调解决技术分歧、需求变更等各类问题，把控项目节点，保障产品版本按期交付上线。 Liaise with R&D and testing teams to align product demands and design schemes, track the whole progress of development and testing; coordinate to resolve technical disputes, demand changes and other issues, control project milestones, and ensure on-time delivery and release of product versions. 5. 统筹产品功能、性能、兼容性整体验收，严格把控产品质量、运行稳定性与客户使用体验，确保产品满足项目落地及市场化交付标准。 Coordinate overall acceptance of product functions, performance and compatibility, strictly control product quality, operational stability and user experience, and guarantee products meet standards for project implementation and commercial delivery 6. 持续跟踪产品运行、项目落地应用数据，分析用户行为与产品痛点；定期开展产品复盘，输出优化方案并推动落地执行，持续提升产品市场竞争力。 Continuously track product operation and project application data, analyze user behaviors and product pain points; conduct regular product reviews, deliver optimization plans and drive implementation to improve product market competitiveness. 7. 收集整理市场、客户、项目现场反馈的各类产品问题，快速定位故障根源；联动研发、实施团队制定整改优化方案，全程跟进直至问题闭环解决。 Collect and sort all product feedback from market, customers and project sites, quickly locate root causes of defects; cooperate with R&D and implementation teams to formulate rectification & optimization plans, and follow up until all issues are fully resolved 岗位要求 Job Requirements 1. 计算机、工业工程、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业优先。 Majors in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields are preferred 2. 5 年及以上工业 B 端产品相关工作经验；熟悉工业自动化、工控类产品完整生命周期管理，具备项目现场落地经验者优先。 Minimum 5 years working experience in industrial B-end product management; familiar with full lifecycle management of industrial automation & control products; candidates with on-site project implementation experience are preferred 3. 精通工业产品需求调研、方案设计、迭代管理全流程工作方法；

Master full workflow methods of industrial product management covering demand research, scheme design and iteration control 4. 熟练使用 Axure、墨刀等主流原型设计工具，具备优秀产品文档撰写、逻辑梳理与方案输出能力；

Skilled in mainstream prototype tools such as Axure and Modao, with outstanding capabilities in writing product documents, sorting logic and delivering solutions 5. 熟悉软件开发、产品测试完整流程，掌握基础技术实现逻辑，可高效协同研发团队；

Familiar with complete software development and product testing processes, understand basic technical implementation logic, able to collaborate efficiently with R&D teams; 6. 熟练操作 PLC 相关软件，具备西门子、罗克韦尔等主流工控软件实操经验； Proficient in PLC software operation, with hands-on experience of mainstream industrial control software including Siemens and Rockwell 7. 熟悉工控电仪产品应用场景、行业规范与现场基础作业要求 Well-versed in application scenarios, industrial codes and basic on-site operation requirements of electrical & instrumentation control products
