该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责Job Responsibilities 1. 统筹海底管道、水下生产系统（水下采油树、水下管汇等）、ROV 相关配套调试项目全生命周期管理，包含项目前期技术方案编制、施工资源协调、进度管控、质量安全管控、成本管控、竣工交付与验收全流程工作，确保项目节点、调试指标满足业主合同要求。 Take overall charge of full‑lifecycle management for subsea pipeline, subsea production system (subsea tree, subsea manifold, etc.) and ROV‑related supporting commissioning projects, covering pre‑project technical scheme compilation, construction resource coordination, schedule control, quality & safety management, cost control, completion handover and acceptance, to guarantee project milestones and commissioning indicators comply with operator contractual requirements 2. 作为项目对接人，独立对接海外业主、监理、第三方检测机构，组织全英文技术会议、调试方案汇报、阶段性工作汇报，协调解决海管试压、清管、干燥等调试阶段各类分歧与技术问题，维护客户合作关系。 Act as the primary project contact to independently communicate with overseas operators, supervisors and third-party inspection bodies; organize full-English technical meetings, commissioning scheme presentations and periodic work reports; resolve disputes and technical issues during pipeline pressure testing, pigging, drying and other commissioning phases, and maintain long-term customer partnerships. 3. 编制项目整体调试实施计划、人力配置计划、机具物资需求计划，管控项目预算、耗材、外协、人工成本，定期输出项目进度台账、成本分析报告，把控项目盈亏。 Formulate overall project commissioning implementation plan, manpower allocation plan and equipment & material demand plan; control project budget, consumables, outsourcing and labor costs; regularly issue project schedule ledgers and cost analysis reports to manage project profit and loss. 4. 统筹管理现场海管调试团队，分配施压、清管、干燥、联调等作业任务，指导海管调试工程师开展现场测试、数据采集、故障排查，审核各类调试数据、测试记录、竣工报告，统一完成技术资料归档移交业主。 Oversee on-site subsea pipeline commissioning teams, assign tasks including pressure testing, pigging, drying and joint commissioning; guide commissioning engineers to conduct on-site testing, data collection and troubleshooting; review all commissioning data, test records and completion reports, and complete unified filing and handover of technical documents to operators. 5. 针对海管及水下设备调试、试运行阶段出现泄漏、参数异常、设备故障等隐患，牵头组织技术研讨，制定专项整改与优化调试方案，协调内外部资源闭环处理，保障管线稳定投运。 Take the lead in organizing technical seminars for hidden risks such as leakage, abnormal parameters and equipment failures arising during commissioning and trial operation of subsea pipelines and subsea equipment; formulate special rectification and optimized commissioning schemes, coordinate internal and external resources to close-loop all issues, and ensure stable pipeline operation after commissioning. 6. 全程配合海上现场施工、阶段性检验、整体验收、资产移交工作，严格落实海上安全生产、质量管理规范，定期开展现场安全巡检、人员安全交底与隐患整改，杜绝安全责任事故。 Fully cooperate with offshore on-site construction, phased inspection, overall acceptance and asset handover; strictly implement offshore safety production and quality management standards; conduct regular on-site safety patrols, safety briefings and hazard rectification to eliminate safety liability accidents. 7. 对接公司商务、采购、施工、后勤等部门，统筹调试机具、备品备件、出海后勤保障；沉淀海管项目标准化管理流程、典型故障处置方案，优化项目执行效率。 Liaise with commercial, procurement, construction, logistics and other departments of the company to coordinate commissioning equipment, spare parts and offshore logistics support; summarize standardized management procedures and typical fault disposal schemes for subsea pipeline projects to improve project execution efficiency. 8. 拥有完整海底管线、水下系统调试总包项目操盘经验者优先录用。 Candidates with complete track record of independently managing full general contracting projects for subsea pipeline and subsea system commissioning are preferred. 任职要求Job Requirements 1. 语言能力 Language Proficiency 具备流利英语口语与书面读写能力，可独立主持英文项目会议、撰写英文调试方案、周报、验收文件；熟练读懂海管英文图纸、试压规范、设备操作手册、海外业主技术标准。 Fluent oral and written English; capable of independently presiding over English project meetings, drafting English commissioning schemes, weekly reports and acceptance documents; proficient in reading English subsea pipeline drawings, pressure testing specifications, equipment operation manuals and overseas operator technical standards. 2. 工作经验 Work Experience ① 5 年及以上海洋油气、海底管线及水下生产系统项目管理经验，完整主导至少 1 个海管及水下系统调试总包项目，精通管道施压、干燥、清管全工序作业标准、测试流程与国际验收规范； ② 熟悉水下采油树、水下管汇、ROV 配套等水下生产设备**调试工艺、常见故障处置方法，熟悉海上项目驻场作业模式、海外业主及第三方对接流程； ③ 掌握项目进度、成本、质量、安全四大核心管控模块，能够预判海管、水下生产设备调试阶段技术、工期、成本风险并制定应对措施。 ① Minimum 5 years of project management experience in offshore oil & gas, subsea pipeline and subsea production system industry; independently delivered at least one full subsea pipeline and subsea system commissioning general contracting project; proficient in operation standards, test procedures and international acceptance specifications of full processes including pipeline pressure testing, drying and pigging; ② Familiar with commissioning techniques and common fault disposal methods for subsea production equipment including subsea trees, subsea manifolds and ROV‑supporting facilities, as well as on‑site working mode of offshore projects and communication procedures with overseas operators and third parties; ③ Master four core project control modules: schedule, cost, quality and safety; able to predict technical, schedule and cost risks during commissioning of subsea pipelines and subsea production equipment and formulate countermeasures.专业能力 Professional Competence 海洋工程、油气储运、船舶工程、机电自动化等相关专业；持有 PMP、建造师、海工相关专业证书优先；熟悉海底油气输送管线、水下系统基础原理及行业通用技术规范。 Majors in Offshore Engineering, Oil & Gas Storage and Transportation, Naval Architecture, Mechatronics & Automation or related fields; candidates with PMP, Constructor or other offshore engineering certificates are preferred; familiar with basic principles and general industrial technical specifications of subsea oil & gas transmission pipelines and subsea systems. 3. 综合素养 Comprehensive Qualities ①优秀统筹协调、商务谈判、现场应急处置能力，可高效协调多方单位解决项目突发问题； ②抗压能力强，能适应国内外海上项目长期驻场、频繁出海出差，适应海上现场作业环境； ③逻辑清晰、责任心强，具备团队管理能力、成本意识与安全红线意识，擅长跨部门、跨境外团队协同。 ① Excellent overall coordination, business negotiation and on-site emergency response capabilities, able to efficiently coordinate multiple parties to resolve project emergencies; ② Strong stress resistance; able to work long-term on domestic and overseas offshore projects with frequent offshore trips and adapt to offshore on-site working environment; ③ Clear logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, team management capability, cost awareness and zero-tolerance safety awareness; good at cross-department and cross-border team collaboration.
