该职位来源于猎聘 职位职责: Job Responsibilities 1. 负责海上平台、FPSO/FLNG/FSO 船舶及配套系统的日常运维、故障排查、设备调试与校准工作，保障全套设备系统长期稳定、安全运行。 Take charge of daily operation & maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning and calibration for offshore platforms, FPSO/FLNG/FSO vessels and supporting systems, to ensure long-term stable and safe operation of all equipment and systems. 2. 独立对接海外业主方，完成现场技术沟通、定期工作汇报、需求对接、技术答疑，严格落实业主全部技术标准与改造要求。 Independently communicate with overseas operators, conduct on-site technical communication, regular work reports, demand coordination and technical problem resolution, and fully implement all technical standards and retrofit requirements specified by operators. 3. 完成设备运维、调试、改造全过程数据记录、整理与分析，编制标准化调试报告、运维台账，统筹所有图纸、手册、检测文件等技术资料分类归档。 Record, sort out and analyze full-process data of equipment maintenance, commissioning and retrofit, compile standardized commissioning reports and maintenance ledgers, and manage classified filing of all technical documents including drawings, manuals and inspection records. 4. 针对设备运行故障、安全隐患快速诊断根源，编制设备优化、隐患整改、系统改造专项方案并落地实施，持续改善装备运行工况。 Quickly identify root causes of equipment malfunctions and potential safety hazards, formulate and implement special schemes for equipment optimization, hazard rectification and system retrofit to continuously improve equipment operating performance. 5. 全程配合油气装备项目施工、设备加装、分段调试、阶段性检验与最终交付验收工作，协助完成业主整体验收。 Fully cooperate with construction, equipment installation, sectional commissioning, phased inspection, final handover and acceptance of oil & gas facility projects, and assist in completing overall acceptance by operators. 6. 严格执行海上船舶、海洋油气作业安全管理规范，落实安全生产管控要求，开展现场隐患排查，杜绝安全生产责任事故。 Strictly comply with safety management codes for marine vessels and offshore oil & gas operations, implement full safety control requirements, conduct on-site hazard inspection, and eliminate safety liability accidents. 7. 拥有 FPSO、FLNG、FSO 等大型浮式油气装备运维、改造实操经验者优先录用。 Candidates with practical experience in operation, maintenance and retrofit of large floating oil & gas facilities (FPSO, FLNG, FSO) are preferred 基本要求 Job Requirements （一）语言能力 Language Proficiency 具备流利英语口语及书面读写能力，可独立与外籍业主开展全英文技术会议、现场洽谈、邮件对接；能熟练阅读英文设备图纸、操作手册、国际海工行业规范及业主技术标准。 Fluent oral and written English communication skills; capable of independently conducting full-English technical meetings, on-site negotiations and email correspondence with foreign operators; proficient in reading English equipment drawings, operation manuals, international offshore engineering codes and operator technical specifications. （二）工作经验 Work Experience 具备 FPSO、FLNG、FSO、海上平台等海洋工程装备运维、调试、改造相关实操经验；熟悉船舶配套机电、自控、工艺系统结构原理、运维检修流程及行业验收标准；熟悉海外海上项目现场作业流程及外籍业主对接模式。 Hands-on experience in operation, commissioning and retrofit of offshore engineering facilities including FPSO, FLNG, FSO and offshore platforms; familiar with structural principles, maintenance procedures and industrial acceptance standards of supporting mechanical, electrical, automation and process systems; well-versed in on-site working procedures of overseas offshore projects and communication modes with foreign operators. （三）专业能力 Professional Competence 机电一体化、船舶与海洋工程、油气储运、自动化等相关专业优先；精通油气装备运维、故障检修、技改调试核心实操技能，可独立处置各类现场设备技术故障；熟悉海上油气安全生产规范、设备检验标准。 Majors in Mechatronics, Naval Architecture & Offshore Engineering, Oil & Gas Storage & Transportation, Automation or related fields are preferred; proficient in core practical skills of oil & gas facility maintenance, fault repair and technical retrofit commissioning, able to independently resolve all types of on-site equipment technical failures; familiar with offshore oil & gas safety operation codes and equipment inspection standards. （四）综合素质 Comprehensive Quality  优秀现场故障诊断与问题处置能力，抗压性、执行力突出； Excellent on-site fault diagnosis and problem-solving capability, strong stress resistance and execution ability.  工作严谨细致、责任心强，具备良好跨部门团队协作能力与职业素养； Rigorous, detail-oriented and highly responsible, with strong cross-department teamwork awareness and professional ethics.  能够适应海上项目驻场、国内外长期出差作业需求。 Able to work on-site at offshore projects and take long-term business trips at home and abroad as required.
