该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责Job Responsibilities 1. 负责海底管道、水下生产系统（水下采油树、管汇）、ROV 配套设备的现场单机调试、整体联调、各类专项测试及故障闭环处理，保障项目调试质量、工期节点满足施工交付标准。 Take charge of on‑site individual commissioning, overall joint commissioning, various special tests and closed‑loop troubleshooting of subsea pipelines, subsea production system (subsea tree, manifold) and ROV‑supporting equipment, to ensure project commissioning quality and schedule milestones meet construction and delivery standards. 2. 独立对接海外业主、监理、第三方检测单位，开展现场技术交流、调试方案汇报、技术答疑与多方工作协调，高效推进现场全部调试工作。 Independently communicate with overseas operators, supervisors and third-party inspection institutions, conduct on-site technical communication, commissioning scheme presentation, technical Q&A and multi-party work coordination to efficiently advance all on-site commissioning activities. 3. 完成调试全过程数据记录、整理、核算与分析，编制并审核调试报告及全套技术文件，按规范完成技术资料归档并移交业主。 Complete data recording, sorting, calculation and analysis throughout the whole commissioning process, compile and review commissioning reports and full sets of technical documents, and finish standardized filing and handover of technical materials to operators. 4. 全面排查调试、试运行阶段管线与水下设备存在的隐患、故障及技术缺陷，编制整改方案与调试优化方案并落地实施，保障海底管线、水下设备稳定投产运行。 English: Fully inspect hidden dangers, failures and technical defects of pipelines and subsea equipment during commissioning and trial operation, formulate and implement rectification schemes and commissioning optimization plans to guarantee stable commissioning and operation of subsea pipelines and subsea equipment. 5. 熟悉海上项目全流程作业规范，全程配合现场施工、阶段性检验、整体验收、资产移交工作，严格执行海上安全生产、质量管控相关标准规范。 Familiar with full-process operation specifications of offshore projects; fully cooperate with on-site construction, phased inspection, overall acceptance and asset handover, and strictly implement relevant standards and specifications for offshore safety production and quality control. 任职要求Job Requirements 1. 语言能力 Language Proficiency 具备流利英语口语与书面沟通能力，可独立与外籍业主开展现场面谈、技术会议及日常工作对接；能够熟练阅读、解读英文工程图纸、调试手册、国际行业规范标准。 Possess fluent oral and written English communication skills, capable of independent face-to-face talks, technical meetings and daily work coordination with foreign operators; proficient in reading and interpreting English engineering drawings, commissioning manuals and international industrial specifications & standards. 2. 工作经验 Work Experience 精通海底管道整套调试核心流程，熟练掌握管道试压、干燥、清管等关键工序的操作标准、作业流程与国际验收规范，拥有实际海上海管调试从业经验；**具备水下采油树、水下管汇、ROV 配套设备调试实操经验者优先**，熟悉水下装备、海管及水下生产系统调试工艺、测试流程与常见故障处置方法，可独立解决各类现场调试技术难题。 Master the full core commissioning workflow of subsea pipelines, proficient in operation standards, working procedures and international acceptance specifications of key processes including pipeline pressure testing, drying and pigging, with practical working experience in offshore subsea pipeline commissioning. Candidates with hands‑on commissioning experience of subsea trees, subsea manifolds and ROV‑supporting equipment are preferred. Familiar with commissioning techniques, test procedures and common fault disposal methods of subsea facilities, subsea pipelines and subsea production systems, able to independently solve all kinds of on‑site technical problems during commissioning. 3. 专业背景 Academic Background 海洋工程、船舶工程、油气工程、机电自动化等相关专业优先；掌握海上油气输送、海底管线配套系统基础工作原理及行业通用技术标准。 Majors in Offshore Engineering, Naval Architecture, Oil & Gas Engineering, Mechatronics & Automation or related fields are preferred. Grasp the basic working principles and general industrial technical standards of offshore oil & gas transmission and subsea pipeline supporting systems. 4. 综合素养 Comprehensive Competencies 优秀的现场故障处置、多方统筹协调能力，抗压能力突出；工作严谨细致、责任心强，具备良好团队协作意识；能够适配海上项目长期出差、驻场作业节奏。 Outstanding capabilities in on-site fault handling and multi-party coordination with strong stress resistance. Rigorous, detail-oriented and highly responsible with good teamwork awareness; able to adapt to long-term business trips and on-site working schedule of offshore projects.
