負責智障人士的個案管理工作，協助單位主管管理單位及督導同工推行日常服務流程，並協助服務使用者融入社區和推動家屬工作。應徵者須為註冊社工，持認可社會工作文憑或同等學歷，香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科及中國語文科考獲第 2 級或以上成績或具同等學歷，如具康復服務工作經驗者優先考慮。
以上職位設有專車在美孚港鐵站接載員工、特別津貼及交通津貼。
