負責統籌及督導殘疾人士院舍、日間中心及山莊其他服務，領導及推行山莊各團隊同事推行多元化服務及優質生活，監察山莊團隊的服務運作，發展中心的義工資源網絡，以推展社區融合服務，聯繫區內及外界團體，為服務使用者提供發展及培訓機會，策劃及統籌內外資源，協助服務總監處理財務管理、人事管理及員工督導，統籌家屬教育及聯繫工作。應徵者須為註冊社工，持認可社會工作學位或同等學歷，香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考五科合格，包括英國語文科、中國語文科及數學科考獲第 2 級或以上成績，或具同等學歷，以及具五年或以上管理服務單位經驗，如具康復服務行政管理經驗者優先考慮。
以上職位設有專車在美孚港鐵站接載員工、特別津貼及交通津貼。
以上職位以合約條款聘用。
