- 应届硕士，半导体或计算机相关专业，学习过半导体物理，数字电路，模拟电路，编程语言 2.了解深亚微米大尺寸芯片的设计流程 3.良好的英语听说读写能力 4.良好的沟通，与人交往能力 5.熟练使用linux工作环境，能够写tcl，perl，python脚本
