• 制定物料计划 Formulate Material Plans 根据生产计划、销售订单、库存情况，制定物料需求计划，确保物料准时、适量供应。 Formulate material plans based on production schedules, sales orders, and inventory status to ensure timely and appropriate material supply. 2. 物料需求与采购订单 Material Requirements and Purchase Orders 核算物料需求量，下达采购订单，跟进采购交期，协调解决缺料、拖期问题。 Calculate material requirements, issue purchase orders, follow up on delivery schedules, and coordinate solutions for material shortages and delays. 3. 库存管理与优化 Inventory Management and Optimization 监控原材料、半成品、成品库存水平，控制呆滞料、积压料，降低库存成本与资金占用。 Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods; control obsolete and excess inventory to reduce inventory costs and capital occupation. 4. 生产计划协同 Production Planning Coordination 与生产计划、仓库等沟通，确保计划一致，及时调整计划应对插单、变更、异常。 Coordinate with production planning and warehouse teams to ensure alignment of plans; timely adjust plans to address rush orders, changes, and exceptions. 5. 物料数据分析与改善 Material Data Analysis and Improvement 统计库存周转天数，持续优化计划策略、采购周期、安全库存。 Analyze inventory turnover days and continuously optimize planning strategies, procurement cycles, and safety stock levels. 6. 团队管理 Team Management 带领计划员开展工作，分配任务、考核绩效、培训提升，确保部门高效运转。 Lead planners in daily operations, assign tasks, evaluate performance, and provide training to ensure efficient department operations. 7. 流程制度 Process and Procedures 完善物料计划等流程，规范操作，提升供应链效率。 Improve material planning processes and standardize operations to enhance supply chain efficiency. 8. 异常处理 Exception Handling 处理缺料、返工、报废、供应商延迟等突发问题，保障生产连续稳定。 Handle unexpected issues such as material shortages, rework, scrap, and supplier delays to ensure continuous and stable production. 9. 完成领导交代的其他工作。 Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
