What they need
倉庫文員（月薪 HKD 15,000–20,000）
（需提交中英文履歷）
要求:
-懂粵語、英語及普通話
-具船務跟單及倉庫管理工作經驗
-能熟練應用辦公軟件，如：Word、Excel、SAP 系統等
職責
-辦理倉庫進出倉（包括：HK Inventory 及 HK Inventory Status）
-辦理倉庫 SAP 系統相關操作
-根據總部業務出貨指令，從倉庫進出倉帳中提取數據，製作裝箱單，發給倉庫拣貨，並在檢查貨物無誤後，將裝箱單發給業務確認
-聯絡指定貨代訂艙，製作船務文件，如：Booking 托書、Invoice 發票、Packing List 裝箱單、B/L 提單等單據，並聯絡貨代提貨
-配合國內總部及工廠與倉庫進行溝通，例如安排貨物換標、充電、返工等事宜
-按客戶或業務需要，安排貨物第三方驗貨的預約、查驗等相關事務
-處理香港海關查詢及清關事宜
-完成上級安排的其他工作
