• Take lead in key accounts service management with excellence model, including client relationship maintenance, brokerage advisory, project on-going service and vendor management
• Achieve the yearly plan & budget;
• Take the responsibility of the south market study, like client needs, benefit related policy and market player aspects
• Take lead in new business development, focus on existing client penetration, cross-sell referral
• Operational/broking support
• Manage the brokerage operation quality and compliance requirements 任职要求:
• Min3+/5+ years’ experience in group insurance industry or other professional service industry
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Client service oriented with high sense of responsibility and accountability
• Strong communication skill and open minded
• Strong data analysis capability
• Good at office software, especially PPT and Excel
• Quick learning & problem-solving capability
• Willing to take jobs with challenge
• Fluent in both oral and written English
