该职位来源于猎聘 Job Purpose职位目的: Overall manage the statutory audit processes of all offices, provide reliable audited financial reports Lead audit team and develop team members Optimize and simplify processes, conduct continuous improvement Job Accountabilities职责: 1 Leading team to deliver audit services to companies assigned according to SLA

1.1 Complete annual audit and deliver financial statements within statutory audit timeline for all entities

1.2 Ensure smoothness and timeliness of external audit firm’s engagement for all entities

1.3 Monitor local firms’ performance and their on-time deliverables

1.4 Cooperate with local firms and local hubs in handling tax audits and inquiries

1.5 Deliver statutory audit metrics report correctly and timely

Support ad-hoc projects and provide proposals for new initiatives, such as open or close legal entities, etc.

Provide proposals for new projects or new initiatives

2.2 Provide solution for business change

2.3 Support ad-hoc accounting booking, financial analysis or other work

2.4 Identify opportunities for existing processes and provide recommendation

3 Leadership skills – people development

3.1 Provide technical/soft skill training and policy update to team members

3.2 Develop and update SOP

3.3 Manage direct reports performance Job Requirements任职要求: Education

Bachelor’s degree major in Finance / Accounting/Audit Professional Certificate

ACCA, CPA Or Other Accounting Qualification Qualifications Finance/accounting/audit background Excellent English skills both in written and oral Strong communication skills Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Flexible and can work well under pressure

Experience 8+ years’ solid experience in statutory audit/accounting/tax Work experience in audit firm or/and MNC

Familiar with US GAAP and IFRS/CN GAAP

Familiar with ERP system, especially SAP Experience as a team/project lead Experience in overseas taxation is preferred
