产品供应链经理

该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责: 负责商业化/临床产品组合从需求到供应的管理，将市场/临床需求转化成供应计划。监督全产品组合的供应情况及库存水平、协调不同产品间的供应冲突，确保产品持续稳定供应、维持满足公司业务需求的准时足量交付水平及库存水平。 Be responsible for demand to supply management of commercial/clinical products mix. To convert demand to supply plan, oversight the supply status and stock level, and manage the conflicts between different products so as to ensure stable and continuous supply and maintain a reasonable OTIF and stock level that align with company business needs.

具体职责/Responsibilities l

Work as product supply chain D2S Planning governance body, lead the end to end process from Demand Planning to Supply Planning.

Facilitator of the S&OP/clinical D2S process, drive for realistic and consensus demand forecast and supply plan with cross functions; identify supply risk at early stage and propose mitigation actions. Ensure sufficient supply to support Clinical/Commercial requirements.

Management product stock and monitoring of shelf life, maintain reasonable stock level and remaining shelf life to avoid waste caused by expiry. To dispose unsaleable stock timely. 产品库存管理与及效期的跟踪，维持合理的库存水平和剩余效期，最大程度避免近效期等原因造成浪费。及时处置不可销售库存。 l

To establish and maintain the operation process to fulfil new clinical and commercial needs. And follow up the execution to ensure the fulfillment of business needs. 创建和维护相关流程以满足临床/商业化新的业务场景需求并跟踪执行确保业务需求的达成。 l

Technical change owner for new product launch. To work with BD, marketing, DM, RA, production and QU to ensure on time launch.

新产品上市的技术变更负责人，与BD、市场、商务、RA、生产、质量等部门合作，确保新产品按时上市。 l

To follow the technical changes that have impact on product supply eg. process change, site change. Assess the impact on supply and work out stock strategy

跟踪所有可能影响产品供应的变更，如工艺变更、产地转移等，及时评估对供应可能的影响，制定（库存）策略并与相关方达成一致。 l

To participate in development and follow up of LRP, coordinate the production site selection of clinical pivotal studies. 参与LRP的制定与跟踪，协调关键临床项目的产地选址。 Oversight and lead customer service management, incl. master data maintenance, sales order management, to ensure high customer service level.

监督和领导商业化客户服务管理，包括相关主数据维护、销售订单管理等，维持客户满意度水平。 To establish and continuously improve the models for supply chain planning.

建立和持续优化供应链计划相关模型。 Owner/Co-Owner of Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, and CDI.

负责预测准确性、准时足量交付、及库存水平等KPI。 任职资格: Bachelor’s Degree or above；English CET6 or above 本科学位及以上; 英语六级及以上 Bachelor：Above 8 years working experience. Master: above 5 years working experience in demand, supply, production, material planning. At least 3 years demand planning and project management experience.

本科8年以上工作经验；硕士：5年以上需求、供应、生产、物料计划相关经验。至少三年以上需求计划及项目管理经验。 Capable of dealing with complex supply chain environments, and lead cross functions to align possible solutions.

能够应对复杂的供应链环境，并领导跨部门寻求解决方案。 Familiar with SAP system (APO modules) is a plus ；Capable of modeling for in Excel for project management and demand planning.

最好能熟悉SAP系统 (高级计划优化器模块); 能够用Excel建立项目管理、需求计划模型 Good analytical and communication skill; capable of driving for right decision and make consensus in complicated situation.

良好的分析能力和沟通能力;能够在复杂的环境促成正确的决定并与各方达成一致。 Solution oriented and decisive. Smart risk approaching with solid data proof.
