- Procurement Operations
- 負責 IT、人力資源、財務、法務及其他 Corporate Functions 相關間接採購案件。
- 執行 RFQ/RFP、供應商評選、成本分析、價格及商務條件談判。
- 確保採購活動符合公司政策、DOA、內部控制及法規要求。
- 管理跨區域及跨事業體採購專案，確保時程與目標達成。
- Supplier Management
- 負責關鍵供應商開發、評估、選擇及管理，建立長期合作關係。
- 定期檢視供應商績效，確保符合品質、成本、交期及服務水準，並推動持續改善。
- 分析市場趨勢、供應鏈風險及價格變動，提出因應策略及風險管理方案。
- 發掘成本優化及供應商整合機會，提升整體採購效益。
- Procurement Governance & Digital Transformation
- 協助推動採購治理制度、政策與標準作業流程建置。
- 支援採購系統及數位化專案導入與優化（如 SAP、Supplier Portal、Oracle 等）。
- 執行需求分析、UAT 測試、教育訓練及變革管理活動。
- 推動採購流程標準化、自動化及數據化管理。
- KPI & Strategic Sourcing
- 提供市場趨勢及策略性採購建議，支持企業營運目標。
- 透過數據分析及績效檢討，提出改善措施並持續優化採購流程。
- 定期向管理階層提供採購績效分析及改善建議，支持管理決策。
