- 负责整机功率与能量需求到电芯需求的分解； 2. 负责电芯选型和电芯性能测、电芯性能数据库的建立 3. 负责电芯功率特性\热安全\寿命等性能仿真和算法模型建立 4. 负责电芯充/放电map/开路电压等性能表的建立 任职资格：
- 熟悉锂离子电池工作原理、材料特性（如硅碳负极） 2.掌握电芯层级失效模式（析锂、SEI膜增长）、热失控机理及分析方法（XRD、SEM、电化学工作站) 3. 熟悉COMSOL
等电化学-热耦合仿真工具 4. 能够运用MATLAB/Python进行数据分析（电压/内阻衰减建模）、寿命预测算法开发 专业：电化学 材料科学与工程 新能源材料
