• Responsible for sensor product business in medical device, industrial, and automotive fields; maintain relationships with existing customers in the region, assist sales in developing new potential customers, and proactively identify and follow up on relevant project collaboration opportunities.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle of projects—from initial business evaluation and project kick-off to mass production and after-sales support.
• Define project scope (including technical and process aspects), evaluate cost and development budgets, define and monitor project plans.
• Manage changes and risks across all project phases.
• Coordinate and align internal project team including sales, R&D, quality, and process etc., to meet customer requirements.

Job Requirement：

• Bachelor’s degree in microelectronics, integrated circuits, electronic information, electrical engineering, computer science, or other semiconductor-related engineering disciplines is preferred.
• Minimum of three years of project management experience in the MEMS sensor industry (pressure, flow, current, inertial, RF, microphone etc.), with at least three completed end-to-end projects management experience; solid understanding of chips, hardware, software, and algorithms.
• Experience in managing projects related to medical device, industrial, or automotive products is a plus; PMP certificate is preferred.
• Familiar with quality management systems such as ISO9001 and IATF16949.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, proactive, some proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing (at least CET-4 level required).
