• Design customized industrial equipment for customer projects
• Create and maintain 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and BOMs
• Perform engineering calculations and design verification
• Convert customer requirements into practical, manufacturable solutions
• Support design reviews, engineering changes, and continuous improvement
• Work with project managers, production teams, and senior engineers to deliver successful projects What We're Looking For
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in equipment manufacturing
• Experience in mechanical design of customized or engineer-to-order equipment
• Proficiency in Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar 3D CAD software
• Understanding of mechanical design principles and standard engineering calculations
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to read technical English and communicate basic technical information Advantageous
• Autodesk Inventor and Vault experience
• PDM/PLM system experience
• Knowledge of bulk material handling equipment
• Experience in grain, food, agricultural, or process industries

• 具备良好的问题分析、沟通及团队协作能力
• 能够阅读英文技术资料并进行基础技术交流 优先考虑
