岗位职责: 1、协助业务部门完成企业IPO、再融资、并购重组等各项投行业务的实施； 2、协助完成财务分析、估值、尽职调查等工作； 3、与项目企业和相关中介机构的联系、沟通、协调； 4、协助完成项目资料的收集、分析、整理、归档等工作。 任职要求: 1、教育背景：2027届及以后毕业的国内外大学，硕士在读或大四保研； 2、相关经历及证书：有投行、审计相关实习经验者优先，获CPA等会计资格证或有法律学习背景者优先； 3、能力要求：工作细心、逻辑性强、吃苦耐劳，有较强的学习能力、理解能力、沟通能力及自我驱动力。
职位薪资：
50-80/天
