About the role

We are a high-end restaurant specialising in refined Chaoshan cuisine, dedicated to providing authentic Chaoshan flavours and high-quality dining experiences. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Floor Supervisors and Senior Floor Supervisors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily floor operations including greeting guests, seating, taking orders, serving dishes and handling payments
• Familiarise yourself with the menu and dish features, proactively recommend signature Chaoshan dishes to guests
• Provide professional and attentive table service, ensuring a clean and comfortable dining environment
• Work closely with the kitchen and floor team to maintain efficient and smooth service flow

About you

• Hong Kong permanent resident
• Secondary 3 or above education level
• Prior experience in restaurant floor service preferred; candidates with positive attitude but no experience are also welcome
• Good Cantonese; fluent Mandarin Chinese is an advantage
• Friendly and courteous; proactive and enthusiastic with strong teamwork spirit
• Able to adapt to shift work and overtime
