下车体总布置工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 负责底盘平台（悬架、转向、制动等）与动力总成（发动机/电机、变速箱）的空间布置，确保运动干涉检查通过‌; 2. 负责规划三电系统（电池、电驱、高压线束）的安装空间，满足碰撞安全与维修便利性要求‌; 3. 负责平台概念开发的架构集成概念技术路线图和复杂问题的解决、支持整车动力匹配、底盘结构设计、电子装配并完成整车开发可行性分析； 4. 负责下车体动态/静态DMU 检查，根据项目节点需求输出阶段新报告。负责平衡的技术解决方案并推动问题解决关闭，以满足全球市场法规和属性要求； 5. 负责通过性参数校核（最小离地间隙、接近角、离去角等），整车重量管控，轴荷分配研究及轻量化研究； 6. 了解整车法规（中/欧），支持并保证设计方案法规符合性检查； 7. 牵头处理跨专业/部门重难点问题的分析和方案制定，负责平衡的技术解决方案，确保问题在项目关键节点前关闭/可行的行动方案。

• Responsible for the package of the chassis platform (suspension, steering, braking, etc.) and the powertrain (engine/motor, transmission), and ensure the motion interference check pass.
• Responsible for planning the installation space of the powersrain system (HV battery, ePWT and HV harness) to meet the requirements of Performance clash safety and Aftersales convenience.
• Architecture for platform concept development's Integration roadmap and complex problem solving. Support the vehicle power matching, chassis structure design, electronic assembly, and complete the feasibility analysis of vehicle development.
• Responsible for vehicle enginebay and platform areas dynamic/static DMU, output architect reports as per the requirements of project milestone. Responsible for the best balanced technical solutions and push the issue closure to meet global market regulatory and attribute requirements.
• Responsible for the verification of passing parameters (min. ground clearance, approach Angle, departure Angle, etc.) ，vehicle weight management, the research on front&rear load distribution and vehicle lightweighting.
• Understand the Vehicle Regulations (Chinese/European), support and ensure the Homologation compliance check.
• Take the lead of analysis and formulation of key cross-metiers/departments problems, Responsible for the best balanced technical solutions to ensure that the problem is closed before the key points of the project/feasible action plan. 任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程等专业优先，至少有五年以上的下车体整车架构布置工作经验； 2.8年以上汽车行业工作经验，完整参与过2个以上整车开发项目者优先； 3. 具备前舱动力系统及底盘结构布置经验，熟悉平台关键系统工作原理(包括冷却原理图，高压/低压结构，功能安全…)，理解产品开发中的用户体验思维，了解软件定义车辆的思想 4.具备综合技术分析判断技能和相关项目管理经验; 5.具备PDM经验，熟练使用CATIA V5/V6等CAD系统，支持建立和改进车辆架构和概念开发流程及技术标准; 6.良好的英语书写及口语交流技能、良好的沟通、协调和组织能力，良好的创新精神和团队合作精神； 7.有技术总工程师或项目管理(技术指导)经验者优先；
• Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, etc., at least 5 years of vehicle platform architecture layout work experience.
• More than 8 years of working experience in the automotive industry, have fully participated in more than 2 vehicle developent projects is preferred.
• Experience in front cabin power system and chassis structure layout, familiar with the working principles of key platform systems (including cooling schematic, high/low pressure structure, functional safety...) Understand the user experience thinking in product development and understand the thinking of software-defined vehicles.
• Has a comprehensive technical analysis and judgment skill and Relevant Project management capability
• Experience in PDM, proficient in CAD systems such as CATIA V5/V6, support to establish and improve vehicle architecture and concept development processes and technical standards.
• Good written and spoken English skills, good communication, coordination and organization skills, good innovation spirit and team work spirit.
• Chief technical engineer or project management (technical guidance) experience is preferred.
