该职位来源于猎聘 工作内容 Job Responsibility： 1. 根据公司整体发展规划，行业发展趋势以及技术应用发展方向，对公司应关注的垂直市场以及核心应用给出提议。对于所负责的垂直市场进行行业应用深耕。协助市场总监参与中国市场战略制定，理解战略并做相应分解执行。 Based on the company's overall development strategy, industry trends, and technology application roadmap, provide proposals on the vertical markets and core applications the company should prioritize. Deepen industry application expertise in the focus vertical markets. Support the Marketing Director in China market strategy formulation — understand the strategy and break it down into actionable execution plans. 2. 通过目标客户拜访以及与销售/技术同事的频繁沟通，了解客户痛点，收集客户需求，转化为相应的市场需求。 Understand customer pain points through visits to target customers and frequent communication with sales and technical colleagues; collect customer needs and convert them into corresponding market requirements.

• 对于所负责的垂直市场，深入理解市场情况及应用，基于数据及事实地预测市场及技术趋势，并转化为相应的市场策略建议。 Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape and applications within the focus vertical markets, anticipate market and technology trends and moves based on data and evidence, and translate these insights into corresponding market strategy proposals. 4. 通过客户及（行业）展会拜访，了解竞争对手信息及预判竞争趋势，负责提议相应的产品市场差异性策略。 Gather competitive intelligence and anticipate competitive trends through customer visits and (industry) trade show participation, take the lead in proposing corresponding product market differentiation strategies. 5. 负责相应新产品的上市，推广，培训，价格及销售策略，参与所负责产品的目标设定，进行跟踪及策略调整，达成相应KPI。 Be responsible for new products launch, promotion, training, pricing set and sales strategies, to be involved for corresponding products target setting, adjusting and tracking, achieve corresponding KPI. 6. 作为本土产品经理（Category manager），针对市场需求，提议需要开发/开拓的本土/三方产品，并负责对应产品的生命周期管理。 As a local Category Manager, propose local/third-party products to be developed or sourced based on market demand, and take responsibility for the lifecycle management of the corresponding products. 7. 与其他业务或职能部门紧密配合确保核心任务及目标达成。 Work closely with other business and functional departments to make sure the achieving of core tasks and targets. 8. 与总部相应部门以及其它全球分支机构子公司职能部门紧密合作。 Work closely with respective HQ departments and peers from other regions. 9. 领导安排的其他工作。 Further tasks that assigned by supervisor. 任职要求 Requirements： 1. 本科及以上学历，光学，计算机，自动化，机器人，人工智能，信号与信息处理，工业工程等相关专业。 Bachelor degree or above, major in optics, computer, automation, robotics, artificial intelligence, signal & information processing, industrial engineering, etc. 2. 接受过产品专业知识及项目管理相关课程培训，取得相应培训认证证书者优先。 Received training on product professional knowledge and project management related courses, receiving relative certificates as an advantage. 3. 五年以上产品或市场管理经验。 More than five years of experience in product or market management. 4. 有视觉行业经验者优先。 With computer vision industry experience as an advantage. 5. 熟练掌握Windows相关办公软件，熟悉SAP，salesforce 等相关软件的使用。熟练使用AI办公软件者优先。 Proficient in Windows-based office software; familiar with SAP, Salesforce, and similar business applications. Familiarity with AI-powered office software is a merit. 6. 具备创造力以及市场需求（以客户为中心）导向。 Creativity as well as market demand (customer-centric) oriented. 7. 优秀的表达技巧及抗压能力。 Very good command of moderation and presentation techniques, working well under pressure. 8. 优秀的逻辑思维能力、判断能力及沟通能力。 Very good logical thinking ability, judgment ability and communication ability. 9. 优秀的信息搜集和分析能力。 Very good information sourcing and analysis ability. 10. 有团队合作精神。 Team work spirit. 11. 英语可作为工作语言，听说读写流利。 Fluent English speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.
