2.ทำความสะอาดพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง ห้องรับรอง ห้องน้ำ และพื้นที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.ดูแลความสะอาดและความพร้อมของบ้านตัวอย่างก่อนและหลังเข้าชม
4.จัดเตรียมและดูแลอุปกรณ์ เครื่องใช้ และของใช้ภายในสำนักงานและบ้านตัวอย่าง
5.ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ
6.ดูแลรักษาอุปกรณ์ทำความสะอาดและใช้งานอย่างเหมาะสม
