• Be responsible for project planning, coordination and management
• Manage large scale projects, including budget control and resource management
• Be responsible for quality control of all deliverables
• Liaise and coordinate with developers, other professional consultants, design institutes and contractors
• Communicate with senior management of clients to establish good relationship and operate the project smoothly
• Be responsible for the project bidding and the company's promotional activities
• Assist team leader to manage MEP team 任职要求：
• Degree qualified and have achieved professional qualification
• Minimum 10 years experience in MEP engineering design and construction, including minimum 4 years experience in team management
• Extensive experience in the field and experience across a range of medium to large scale projects
• Be able to design and deliver engineering solutions on major and/or complex projects
• Experience of leading team on multi-disciplinary projects
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Strong commercial awareness
