机械工程师（真空）

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 机械设计与方案开发： 1.负责非标设备及系统的机械设计开发工作。 负责非标产品的标准化方案设计与实施，推动产品模块化和平台化建设。 2.审核机械设计方案、工程图纸、技术协议及客户技术规范，确保设计质量和项目目标达成。 技术方案与系统架构设计 1.分析客户需求，制定技术解决方案并输出设计方案。 2.定义系统整体架构、设备功能及关键技术路线。 3.负责设备技术可行性分析、方案优化及风险识别。 项目技术管理与跨部门协同 1.在项目执行过程中协调机械、电气、软件及测试团队合作，确保项目顺利推进。 2.组织并主导技术评审、风险评估及技术问题分析与解决。 3.支持项目成本分析、物料清单（BOM）管理及技术报价工作。 项目实施与客户支持 1.支持设备调试、验收测试及现场技术服务工作。 2.参与工厂验收测试（FAT）和现场验收测试（SAT）。 3.与客户进行技术沟通，协调解决项目实施过程中的技术问题。 产品标准化与平台化建设 1.推动产品标准化、模块化和平台化开发，提升产品复用率和开发效率。 2.建立和完善设计规范、标准件库及技术标准体系。 3.持续优化产品设计，提高设备可靠性、可维护性及成本竞争力。 Skills / Knowledge / Experience： Education level - Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design and manufacturing, mechatronics integration, instrumentation, vacuum technology and equipment, automation and related majors; Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience) More than 5 years of experience in mechanical design, with experience as an independent structural designer responsible for products/projects preferred ; Understand various common processing techniques and processes, familiar with the characteristics and application scenarios of various materials; Familiar with the basics of tolerance fitting and able to standardize drafting; Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks, as well as office software such as Excel, Word, Powerpiont, etc; Familiar with ERP, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Sharepoint and other software; Experience in vacuum industry design is preferred; Having a certain foundation in English, good English reading ability. Ability to communicate across culture, with self-confidence and interpersonal skills. Language skills：Possess at least basic written English communication skills; verbal communication skills are a plus. Experienced Mechanical Engineer with the ability to independently handle custom automation projects in a high-project-volume environment, including mechanical design, design reviews, technical agreement reviews, drawing release, and preparation of compliance-related documentation. Other skills and knowledge: Good experience and usage level of the key MS office packages, e.g MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint Vacuum engineering knowledge or experiance is a plus. Open flexible mindset. Able to adjust to changing task requirements 技能 / 知识 / 经验要求： 教育背景 1.本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、机电一体化、仪器仪表、真空技术与设备、自动化等相关专业。 2.相关工作经验（指能够胜任岗位所需的实际经验年限，而非总工作年限） 具有5年以上机械设计相关工作经验； 1.具有独立担任结构设计工程师并负责产品或项目开发经验者优先； 2.熟悉各类常见机械加工工艺及制造流程，了解不同材料的特性及应用场景； 3.熟悉公差与配合基础知识，能够按照标准规范完成工程图纸设计与制图； 4.熟练使用 AutoCAD、SolidWorks 等设计软件，以及 Excel、Word、PowerPoint 等办公软件； 5.熟悉 ERP、Microsoft Teams、Outlook、OneDrive、SharePoint 等办公及协作软件； 6.具有真空行业产品设计经验者优先； 语言能力 1.具备基本的英文书面沟通能力； 2.具备英语口语沟通能力者优先。
