About the role

Manage warehouse operations to meet company profit targets, ensure operational quality, and avoid incidents. Build long-term effective customer communication to improve satisfaction. Support new sales business and identify warehouse and operational resources. Lead team activities and strengthen team building. Maintain warehouse operational KPIs and assess employee KPIs. Optimize warehouse systems and processes in coordination with supervisors and monitor execution. Provide integrated logistics services in coordination with import/export and transportation departments. Analyze and measure customer performance indicators and internal warehouse assessment metrics. Oversee daily warehouse operations management.

• Coordinate with import/export and transportation departments to provide integrated logistics services
• Analyze and measure customer performance indicators and internal warehouse assessment metrics
• Manage daily warehouse operations

About you

• 5+ years of automotive parts warehouse management experience
• Experience managing teams of 30+ people
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in office software
• Fluent Chinese and English oral communication preferred
