About the role

We are an electronic vaporization product (e-cigarette) manufacturing enterprise operating in Batam, committed to compliant operations and localized development. The company has a complete production system and an internationalized management team, with products exported to multiple countries and regions worldwide. Due to business development needs, we are recruiting an experienced local Finance Manager who is familiar with Indonesian financial regulations and has compliance risk awareness to take full responsibility for financial management work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage company cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and expansion, and optimize capital efficiency
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts, monitor budget execution, and analyze and alert on abnormal deviations
• Provide financial analysis and management accounting information to support management decision-making on investments, financing, cost control, and business expansion
• Review original vouchers and documents for expense payments, vendor payments, and daily accounting transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company internal control requirements
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing work, review and prepare financial statements (including consolidated statements) to ensure timeliness and accuracy
• Regularly review financial statement details, analyze abnormal accounts, and propose improvement plans
• Coordinate with external auditors to complete annual audits and internal control reviews
• Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian local tax laws (such as PPh 21/23/25/29, PPN, etc.), and complete tax filings and payments on time
• Conduct tax planning to optimize the company's tax burden under compliance conditions, and handle tax inspections and daily communication with tax authorities
• Manage customs import/export inventory accounting, foreign exchange settlement, and related customs audit work

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance, finance or related majors
• Familiar with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• 5 years or more of financial/accounting work experience, with at least 2-3 years in a Finance Manager or manager-level management position
• Experience in manufacturing cost accounting; experience in trade export, electronic manufacturing or related industries is preferred
• Prior work experience in Indonesia is preferred
• Language proficiency: fluent in Chinese + intermediate or above English + basic/fluent Indonesian
• Proficient in using ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.) and advanced MS Excel functions
• Familiar with local Indonesian financial software and tax filing systems
• Strong analytical and logical thinking ability, able to proactively identify problems and propose solutions
• Integrity and honesty, with good professional ethics and internal control awareness
