这是雀巢（上海）-雀巢专业餐饮的实习生岗位，位于上海。 ▌工作职责 1、进行乳制品功能评估、竞争对手标杆分析及应用测试 Conduct dairy functionality evaluations, competitor benchmarking, and application testing 2、准备样品，包括简单的配方开发和基础口味调整活动 Prepare samples, including simple formula development and basic flavor adjustment activities 3、起草并总结测试报告 Draft and summarize testing reports 4、查阅食品法规和标准，支持符合相关要求的配料选择 Review food regulations and standards and support ingredient selection in compliance with relevant requirements 5、收集并整理市场和竞争对手信息，包括餐饮服务应用趋势 Collect and organize market and competitor information, including foodservice application trends ▌岗位要求 1、硕士在读学生，食品科学或其他理工科专业优先 Master's degree student, preferably in Food Science or other science and engineering disciplines 2、对动手实验室和应用工作感兴趣 Interested in hands-on laboratory and application work 3、具备较强的组织能力、注重细节及执行力 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and execution capability ▌你将获得 1、世界500强外企、头部快消行业实习经历，可开具实习证明 2、公司自有食堂，菜品丰富且性价比高 3、弹性工作时间，无需打卡
