Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning

• Support the development and implementation of business plans in alignment with the Group’s strategic direction.
• Analyze business performance, market trends, and relevant data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Monitor strategic initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.

2. Performance & Execution Management

• Monitor business performance and KPIs against business objectives.
• Track the progress of strategic initiatives and follow up on action plans with relevant departments.
• Identify performance gaps and support improvement initiatives.

3. Cross-functional Coordination & Project Management

• Coordinate with various departments to support strategic projects and business initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, key milestones, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders.

4. Business Reporting & Decision Support

• Prepare management reports, presentations, and business performance analysis.
• Consolidate and analyze business data to provide actionable insights for management.
• Support management meetings and strategic decision-making with relevant data and analysis.

5. Business Monitoring & Risk Management

• Monitor business performance, operational issues, and potential risks.
• Identify and escalate key business risks and issues to management.
• Support the development of corrective and risk mitigation action plans.

Qualifications

• Good command of Chinese - Thai

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in corporate planning, business analysis, strategic planning, or strategy support.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Experience in budgeting, KPI development, performance monitoring, and business analysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization and business reporting tools.

• Strong cross-functional coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to handle confidential business information with professionalism and integrity.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
