- 分析招聘数据，定期输出招聘报告，为招聘策略优化提供数据支持
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上招聘工作经验，有校招或招聘体系搭建经验者优先
- 熟悉招聘全流程，具备独立负责高级人才招聘项目的能力
- 优秀的沟通协调能力及抗压能力，能适应快节奏工作环境
- 数据敏感度高，能通过数据分析驱动招聘流程优化
