• Participate in the definition of the production process and selection of machines and equipment

参与生产工艺的定义，设备和机器的选择

• Participate in the design and manufacture of new project facility and equipment, coordinate internal and external resources, Lead the installation process of new machines and equipment，organization equipment installation, debugging, and ramp up 参与新项目工装设备的设计，制造工作，协调内外部资源，主导新设备和机器的安装和调试，组织设备安装调试和爬产
• Create process related documents, such as Bom, Flow chart, PFMEA, SWI, Parameter card, etc. 编制工艺文件.
• Manning and resources study and manpower efficiency improve. 生产人力资源研究和人员效率改进
• Define the project of facility 进行设备、设施的方案的确定
• Improve (Design) the production equipment and other facilities necessary 持续改进/设计生产设备设施
• Be in charge of the installation and pre-acceptation of equipment 负责所申购设备的安装和验收
• Prepare equipment documentation and issue final acceptance of equipment

准备设备文件，完成最终验收

• Be involved quality solving and improvement.

参与质量问题的解决和质量改进

• Make and update the PFMEA during process quality improvement 编制并更新PFMEA
• Define the process document of lines balance 定义生产线工时平衡等工艺文件
• Fine tuning of process, Production process optimization by PSE tools 优化工艺过程,运用PSE工具提高过程效率.
• Launch standardized work in new project or maintaining changing 发起项目阶段或重大工程/工艺变更时的标准化工作
• Make SW sheets in new project or maintaining changing 编制项目阶段或重大工程/工艺变更时的标准化作业指导书
• According the PSE standard define the style of supply 在项目阶段根据PSE的标准设计生产线物料的供应形式
