- 海外個體財會管理與報表覆核
- 協助並指導海外子公司準備財務報表，確保資料之準確性、完整性與時效性。
- 整合各海外地區之財務數據，確保個體報表與集團整體財務報告具一致性。
- 確保海外子公司之帳務處理符合當地會計法規及稅務標準。
- 制度推行與合規遵循
- 作為總部與海外子公司之主要溝通橋樑，落實集團會計政策與內部控制程序之推行。
- 監督海外營運單位遵守相關法令，並針對新業務或複雜交易提供專業之會計建議與輔導。
- 管理分析與營運支援
- 配合管理團隊運作，提供海外個體之財務數據分析，以支持業務決策並確保財務活動符合集團整體策略。
- 追蹤海外子公司財務指標與異常項目，及時向總部回報營運風險。
- 專案與日常支援
- 協助處理跨國往來帳務溝通與年度外部審計相關對接事宜。
- 完成公司專案與主管交辦之各項臨時事項。
