• 与供应链团队协作，进行年度及月度滚动预测，避免缺货（OOS）或库存过高。Co-work with supply chain for annual and monthly rolling forecast to avoid OOS or over stock. 4.根据电商渠道的线上购物偏好，规划并优化产品组合（Assortment）。Plan and optimize assortment plan based on online shopping preference in e-commerce channels.
• 跟进并监控执行计划，与销售团队保持协作，确保新品营销及推广活动高质量落地。Execution plan tracking and monitor with sales team, to ensure innovation activities high-quality execution. Requirement 人员要求 1. 本科及以上学历，具有3年以上相关电商运营经验。Bachelor's degree or above, +3 years relevant e-commerce operation experiences 2. 具备较强的业务分析能力，能够深入分析业务，同时具备基本的财务意识和数据敏感度。Capable for business deep dive, basic financial and data sensitivity 3. 具备较强的逻辑思维能力，能够深入思考并梳理复杂问题。Strong logical thinking ability, capable to think through. 4. 具备较强的主人翁意识（Ownership），能够对所负责的业务范围全面负责。Strong Ownership, take full response of related scope. 5. 熟练使用 Word、Excel、PPT 等办公软件。Strong capability to use office software, including Word, Excel, and PPT. 6. 具备良好的英语沟通能力，能够以英语作为正式工作语言。Capable to communicate in English.
