About the role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented partner who is passionate about social media to join our fitness centre team. The role combines social media management and operations support, with equal focus on both areas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage brand Instagram and Facebook accounts, including daily operations and community engagement (responding to customer DMs, comments, and inquiries)
• Assist in developing content ideas and shoot daily short videos (Reels/Shorts) and photos using mobile devices
• Perform basic video editing and graphic design using simple tools such as CapCut and Canva
• Handle daily basic accounting data entry (Excel data input, document organisation and reconciliation)
• Handle daily office administrative tasks and assist with simple operational support

About you

• Secondary 6 / Diploma / University graduate; fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Familiar with social media platform trends including Instagram and TikTok
• Proficient in mobile photography and basic video editing/photo editing software such as CapCut and Canva
• Basic proficiency in Excel and Word
• Strong communication skills with clear and friendly writing (for customer service responses)
• Meticulous work approach, responsible, organised with numbers and documents
