店長

主要職責:

1. 管理門店日常運作；

2. 完成個人銷售目標、並帶領團隊完成團隊目標；

3. 透過有效的業務策略及團隊協作，達到店舖績效指標，包括銷售和盈利、店舖營運標準、損耗及成本控制、顧客服務、以及人手規劃;

4. 監管庫存量、店舖陳列及市場推廣活動助銷品，以強化銷售表現及提升顧客購物體驗;

5. 為店舖同事提供培訓及指導、設定個人目標，跟進並指導團隊成員，以提高他們成為品牌大使的知識、技能和能力，以建立一支主動積極及具高效生產力的團隊

6. 了解顧客需要，以及建立穩固的顧客關係；

7. 完成上級下達的其他工作；

8. 每年有少數的外地出差需求。

職位要求:

1. 5年或以上相關工作經驗，至少2年店舖管理經驗，具有優秀的管理和輔導能力；

2. 對銷售、KPI 績效指標和市場情報具有較強及良好的分析能力；

3. 了解時裝、貨品材質；

4. 了解庫存周轉和庫存控制；

5. 良好廣東話、國語及英語；

6. 熟悉電腦系統操作，一般辦公軟件MS office應用。

工作地點：崇光百貨（銅鑼灣店）

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the daily operations of the store.

2. Achieve individual sales targets and lead the team to meet collective store goals.

3. Attain store KPIs—including sales, profitability, operational standards, shrinkage and cost control, customer service, and manpower planning—through effective business strategies and teamwork.

4. Oversee inventory levels, visual merchandising, and promotional materials to drive sales performance and enhance the customer shopping experience.

5. Provide training and coaching to store staff, set individual goals, and follow up with team members to enhance their knowledge, skills, and capabilities as brand ambassadors, building a proactive and highly productive team.

6. Understand customer needs and establish strong, long-lasting client relationships.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

8. Occasional business travel abroad is required (a few times a year)

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant retail experience, with at least 2 years in store management, demonstrating excellent leadership and coaching skills.

2. Strong analytical skills in sales data, KPIs, and market intelligence.

3. Solid understanding of fashion trends and garment materials.

4. Knowledgeable in inventory turnover and stock control.

5. Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

6. Familiar with computer system operations and general MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
