A leading professional hearing centre is seeking an applicant for the post of :
Customer Services Co-ordinator
Responsibilities:
- 櫃枱接待，收銀員工作;
- 處理電話預約和電子郵件查詢，
- 檔案存入，數據輸入和文書工作;
- 為中心的日常運作提供支持
Job Requirements:
- 良好的溝通和客戶服務技能
- 良好的中英文口語
- 懂電腦文書 例如 Microsoft Word、Excel
